There’s no “right” way to experience a session. We’re co-creating a unique experience for you!
This will depend on your unique issues and where you currently are on your journey.

At the end of your first session, we decide when is best for any subsequent session(s).
Some clients meet every few weeks while others schedule sessions less frequently.
As we work together, your sense of empowerment increases. You’ll be less reliant on me and will come to rely on your growing inner strength.
I’m always here for you when you get stuck!
Things shift & switch between sessions, so subsequent ones meet you at the next stage of you.
Between sessions you will become aware of what feels and is different to you.
Perhaps the next things to work on will present themselves. Or maybe what you once thought was a big deal is no longer.
Whatever it is, we will follow this energy from session to session so that your magnificence continues to blossom and reveal itself in perfect divine order.
I offer a sliding scale structure, so pricing is dependent on your energetics as well as the cosmic energies at hand.
If the session cost ever becomes an issue due to a financial circumstance, please let me know and we can make other arrangements if needed.
I never want price to be a barrier to you doing important inner healing work for yourself.
We will decide your session fee prior to your initial session.
After you book your session, I will invoice you over email via my accounting software, FreshBooks.
You may pay via credit card.
If you would like to pay me differently, this can be arranged.

There’s absolutely no prep work needed! You come as you are and that’s enough.

Before your session, you may want to write down your intentions for the session on a piece of paper. And if there’s any pertinent information that you feel would be helpful for me to know prior to your session, you may email that to me.
All sessions are 60 minutes in length, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Yes! 95% of my clients are virtual (sessions are done via Zoom video conferencing).
If you are local, you may opt to have your session(s) at my office in Westport, CT.. Your results will be the same and as powerful whether we are together in person or using Zoom.

There may be easy action steps to do post session that are agreed upon within your session.
I highly recommend you make space for yourself to integrate everything after your session.
It’s important to listen to your inner guidance and practice self-care.
Here are some simple after-session-care ideas:
If you are tired, rest. There’s no shame in taking a nap or going to bed early!
Drink water. The water can help hydrate your cells and allow for more movement in your life.
Choose grounding foods and if you’re drawn to lighter meals or a brief fast, that’s perfectly fine too.
Epsom salt baths provide you with deep body relaxation and nourishment.
Move your body. When we move our bodies it helps shake off the old and integrate the new.
Let go. If you are finding yourself drawn to organizing or cleaning, great! This may be a sign that it’s time to let go of some old energies in order to help welcome in the new.
Spending time in nature helps ground you. Working with the unseen / ethereal energies can sometimes make us feel “floaty.” Stepping outside will help anchor you back in the here and now.
Yes! This often happens automatically in a session.
Ancestors, friends, and even pets will come through.
