At the designated time of your session, you will find a quiet space in your home or in nature to receive the UFH energy. The session will last approximately 40 minutes. I will text you once the session is complete.

If you are meeting with me in person, you will come to my office and relax on my massage table while I offer you the UFH session.

Our initial discussion during your free 15-minute consult will be a guide for our work, along with what you share on your intake form.

Through the UFH sessions, you will be connected back to your own magic. During the session, information will come through that may be connected to your chakras, past lives, ancestral connections, or other unseen power.

You might feel actual physical sensations

There’s no “right” way to experience a session. We’re co-creating a unique experience for you!

After the session, I will send you a detailed email sharing key aspects that have come through during your session. I always encourage you to share with me what you noticed too!

If you are having an in-person session, we will have a brief (up to 15 minutes) conversation about your experience and what I picked up on with the session too.

I recommend the 3-session series to start and then, after that, we can figure out if any further sessions are helpful to you in your journey.

The 3-session UFH package is priced at $300 if done virtually and $375 if done in person.

Once you book your initial session, I will invoice you over email for the 3-series package via my accounting software.

You may pay via credit card. If you would like to pay me differently, this can be arranged.

All sessions are 40 minutes in length.

Keep in mind that if you are doing a virtual session with me, I will spend up to 20 minutes crafting a follow up email to you and if you are here with me in person, we will spend up to 15 minutes reviewing your session.

If you are tired, rest. There’s no shame in taking a nap or going to bed early!

Drink water. The water can help hydrate your cells and allow for more movement in your life.

Choose grounding foods and/or if you’re drawn to lighter meals or a brief fast, that’s perfectly fine too.

Epsom salt baths provide you with deep body relaxation and nourishment.

Move your body. When we move our bodies daily and especially after an energy session, it will help shake off the old and integrate the new.

Let go. If you are finding yourself drawn to organizing or cleaning, great! This may be a sign that it’s time to let go of some old energies in order to help welcome in the new energies.

Spending time in nature helps ground you after a session. Working with the unseen / ethereal energies can sometimes make us feel “floaty.” Stepping outside will help anchor you back in the here and now.

Yes! This often happens automatically in a session. Ancestors, friends, and even pets will come through. If you have a specific request, feel free to bring this up to me.
